Partners and integrations: who we work with, how to refer, what the rev share looks like.

Warpspeed integrates with the platforms our brands actually run. Shopify Plus, the major marketplaces, returns, subscription, finance. We also pay agencies and consultants 5 to 15 percent ongoing revenue share for referrals. Here is who fits, how it works, and how to apply.

TL;DR

  • We integrate natively with Shopify Plus, BigCommerce, WooCommerce, the major marketplaces, and the standard subscription, returns, and finance tools.
  • We are a member of the Shopify Partner ecosystem and align our integration work with Shopify's certified technology requirements.
  • We pay 5 to 8 percent revenue share at the Referral tier, 8 to 12 percent at Active, and 12 to 15 percent at Strategic, on every brand you refer.
  • We do reverse referrals. If a brand on our network needs an agency, designer, or developer, we route them to active partners first.

02Shopify Plus alignment

How we work with the Shopify Plus ecosystem.

The Shopify Partner Program pairs agencies and technology providers with Shopify and Shopify Plus merchants[1]. The Technology Partner track is for software companies building integrations against Shopify APIs[2]. The Certified Technology Partner program adds quality requirements covering performance, merchant support, and third-party security validation[3]. We participate in this ecosystem on the technology side and align our integration work with these standards.

For a Shopify Plus merchant, that translates into a few practical things. Order data flows in real time, not on a 5-minute polling job. Inventory updates push out as floor counts change, not as nightly batches. Refund and exchange events sync both ways so support and ops stay aligned. Custom checkout extensions, bundle SKUs, and Shopify Functions logic that affects line item fulfillment all flow through to the warehouse correctly.

We work directly with Shopify Plus agencies on every Shopify migration we run. The handoff between development team and fulfillment team is where most launches lose 2 weeks to integration debt. We try to make that handoff a calendar invite and a shared checklist, not a 6-week project.

03Agency partner program

Tiers, terms, and what each one earns.

Agencies, consultants, and freelancers can refer brands to Warpspeed and earn ongoing revenue share on the fulfillment spend. Three tiers, with progressively richer terms as the partner commits more. There is no exclusivity requirement at any tier. You can refer to other 3PLs. We assume you will route brands to the partner who fits them best, and we work to be that partner more often than not.

For comparison: ShipBob's published referral program pays roughly 2 percent. ShipMonk's published program pays 1 percent. We pay more because the referral relationship is the highest quality lead source we have, and we want our partners to send those leads here.

The agencies and consultants we work best with.

Our partner program fits agencies and consultants serving DTC brands in roughly the $500K to $50M revenue range. Shopify and Shopify Plus development shops, conversion rate consultants, growth and paid media studios, brand and creative agencies with operational influence on their clients, fractional COOs and operations consultants, and ecommerce ERP and finance implementers all fit cleanly. Industry coverage is broad: apparel, beauty, food and beverage, health and supplements, home and lifestyle, pet, and consumer electronics.

We are a less obvious fit for agencies whose primary lever is media buying with limited operational visibility into their clients' fulfillment, or for consultants whose practice is entirely Amazon-only without a DTC component. We are happy to talk in either case, but we set expectations honestly about how often the referrals will land.

06How to apply

What happens when you submit.

Submit the form below with your agency name, your client base in rough numbers, and what categories you serve. Inside 48 hours we respond with a proposed tier (based on your typical client size and how many you would expect to refer), a draft agreement, and a 15-minute fit call to align on the partnership. There is no formal application review beyond the fit call. If we agree on the tier, we send the agreement, you sign, and you can refer brands inside the same week.
