TL;DR

  • Send us order count, SKU list with dimensions, total pallets in storage, inbound cadence, and channel mix.
  • We respond inside 24 hours to confirm we have what we need and acknowledge timing.
  • We deliver a line-item rate card, a comparison versus your current 3PL, and an SLA summary in 48 hours.
  • No sales call required to see the model. The first call is to walk through the math.
  • If we are not the right fit, we say so. We will refer you to a partner that is.

We built our quote process around a simple idea. The brand requesting a quote should not have to schedule, attend, and follow up on a discovery call before seeing numbers. The numbers are what you actually need. Below is exactly what we ask for, what you get back, and how fast.

01What we need

5 inputs we use to build a real model.

  1. A recent month of order data. CSV export from Shopify, ShipStation, your current 3PL portal, or wherever orders live. We need order count, line items per order, ship-to state, package weight, and ideally the carrier and service level used.
  2. SKU dimensions and weights. Your top 80% of velocity is enough. Dimensions in inches, weight in pounds. If you have a master catalog file, send it. If you only have it partially, send what you have.
  3. Inventory volume. Total pallets, total cubic feet, or a rough SKU count and average units on hand. We can model from any of these. Photos of your current storage layout also help.
  4. Inbound cadence. How often freight arrives, average pallets per inbound, container LCL or full TL, and any prep work (relabeling, kitting, FBA prep) you currently pay for.
  5. Channel mix. Rough percentages across DTC website, Amazon Seller Central, Amazon FBA replenishment, marketplaces, retail B2B, and any subscription or wholesale flow.
02What your quote includes

What you actually get in 48 hours.

The deliverable is a 4-part document plus a line-item rate card. Together they answer every question you should ask before signing with a 3PL.

  • Monthly cost model. Pick fees, storage, receiving, packaging, postage, and any other applicable line items modeled at your real volume and SKU mix.
  • Side by side comparison. The same model run against your current 3PL's rate card (or estimated industry rates if you do not share yours), so you see net difference per line item.
  • SLA summary. Same-day cutoff time, order accuracy, on-time ship rate, peak season expectations, and what happens contractually if we miss.
  • Onboarding plan. A draft 60 to 90 day timeline showing data migration, integration build, inventory transfer, and go-live with parallel running.
  • Line-item rate card. Every fee that could appear on your invoice, with the per-unit rate next to it. No verbal pricing.
03The timing

What 48 hours actually looks like.

  1. Hour 0

    You submit the form

You send the 5 inputs through the form, by email, or as a Dropbox link. We acknowledge inside 4 business hours.

  2. Hour 4 to 24

    We review and follow up

Our solutions engineer reviews what you sent, flags any missing data, and responds within 24 hours to confirm we have enough to build the model.

  3. Hour 24 to 48

    We build the model

We map your SKU list to our pallet and pick model, run your order count through our rate card, model storage and receiving, and build the comparison versus your current spend.

  4. Hour 48

    You get the deliverable

We send the cost model, comparison, SLA summary, onboarding draft, and line-item rate card by email. You read it before any call.

  5. Day 3 onward

    Optional walk-through

If you want to talk through the model, we book 30 minutes with the operations lead who would run your account, not a sales rep.

04What we will not do

Boundaries we hold ourselves to.

We will not lock you into a discovery call before showing you numbers. We will not give you a verbal estimate that we cannot put in writing. We will not bury postage markup in the postage line. We will not promise peak season pricing equal to off-peak pricing without writing the terms into the agreement. We will not sell to brands we cannot serve well. If your volume, geography, or service mix is outside our zone, we will tell you on day one and refer you to a partner who fits better.

05If we are a fit

What signing actually looks like.

If the model works for you, we share a master service agreement that mirrors the rate card you already have. The agreement is month-to-month after a 90-day onboarding period. Onboarding covers integration build, EDI setup if applicable, inventory transfer plan, parallel running, and a go-live date with a published cutover plan. The operations lead assigned to your account joins the kickoff call on day one and stays through your full lifecycle with us.
