Privacy Policy

Effective April 25, 2026. This policy describes how Warpspeed handles personal information collected through our website, forms, and fulfillment services.

1. Who we are

Warpspeed is a third-party logistics (3PL) company headquartered in Kansas City, Missouri. We operate the website at gowarpspeed.com and provide order fulfillment, warehousing, and transportation services to ecommerce brands and B2B shippers. References to “Warpspeed,” “we,” “our,” or “us” in this policy mean the Warpspeed entity that contracts with you or that operates the page you are visiting.

This policy applies to information collected on our marketing website and through forms and tools embedded on it. It does not cover data we process under a Master Services Agreement on behalf of a customer, where the customer is the controller of end-shopper personal data and Warpspeed acts as a processor.

2. Information we collect

We collect three categories of information: information you provide directly, information collected automatically, and information received from service providers.

Information you provide

When you fill out a lead form, request a quote, book a meeting, subscribe to updates, or contact us, we collect the data fields you submit. That typically includes your name, business email address, company name, phone number, monthly order volume, SKU count, shipping origin, and any free-text notes about your fulfillment needs.

Information collected automatically

When you browse the site, our hosting provider and analytics tools record technical information such as your IP address, approximate city-level geolocation, browser type and version, operating system, referring URL, pages viewed, time on page, and the timestamps of those events. We use this to operate the site, debug issues, and understand which content is useful.

Information from third parties

We may receive limited information from partners who refer you to us, from public business directories, or from enrichment services that append firmographic data (such as company size or industry) to a business email address you have already provided.

3. How we use information

We use personal information to respond to inquiries, prepare fulfillment quotes, schedule meetings, deliver services under a signed agreement, send transactional and account messages, send marketing communications you have agreed to receive, secure our systems, comply with legal obligations, and improve our website.

We do not sell personal information for monetary consideration. We do not use personal information for automated decision-making that produces legal or similarly significant effects on you.

4. Cookies and similar technologies

We use a small number of first-party and third-party cookies to operate the site, remember your preferences, prevent abuse, and measure how visitors interact with our content. Strictly necessary cookies cannot be disabled because the site will not function correctly without them.

You can control non-essential cookies through your browser settings. Most browsers let you block cookies, delete existing cookies, or warn you before a new cookie is set. Blocking cookies may cause parts of the site, such as the meeting booker, to load incorrectly.

5. Service providers we rely on

We rely on a small set of vendors to operate the website and manage inbound inquiries. Each vendor processes information only for the purposes described in our agreement with them and is bound by confidentiality and data protection terms.

  • Vercel. Hosting, edge delivery, and request logging for the gowarpspeed.com website.
  • Cloudflare Turnstile. Bot detection on lead forms. Turnstile receives a challenge token, your IP address, and minimal browser signals to distinguish humans from automated abuse.
  • HubSpot. Customer relationship management. Lead form submissions and meeting outcomes are stored in HubSpot so our team can follow up and so we can measure pipeline performance.
  • Calendly. Meeting scheduling. When you book time with our team, Calendly receives the fields you submit on the booking page and adds the event to our shared calendar.
  • Email and analytics tooling. We use standard email infrastructure to send replies and newsletters and product analytics to understand site usage in aggregate.

We do not authorize these providers to use your personal information for their own marketing purposes.

6. How we share information

We share personal information only in the following situations: with the service providers listed above, with carriers and customs brokers when needed to deliver a customer’s shipment, with professional advisors such as legal and accounting firms under confidentiality, with government authorities when required by law or valid legal process, and with a successor entity in the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets. We will provide notice on this page before personal information becomes subject to a different privacy policy.

7. Data retention

We keep personal information for as long as we have a business reason to do so. Lead form submissions and CRM records are retained for the duration of our active commercial conversation and for a reasonable follow-up window after. Operational data tied to a customer agreement is retained per the terms of that agreement and applicable record-keeping laws. Server logs are retained on a rolling 30 to 90 day window.

8. Your privacy rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to request access to the personal information we hold about you, request correction of inaccurate data, request deletion, request portability, or object to certain processing.

EEA, UK, and Switzerland (GDPR). We process personal information on the legal bases of performing a contract with you, our legitimate interest in operating and improving our business, your consent (for marketing communications), and compliance with legal obligations. You have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.

California (CCPA and CPRA). California residents have the right to know what personal information we collect, the right to request deletion, the right to correct inaccurate information, the right to limit use of sensitive personal information, and the right not to receive discriminatory treatment for exercising these rights. We do not sell or share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising as those terms are defined under California law.

To exercise any of these rights, contact us using the details in the next section. We will verify your identity using the contact information already on file and respond within the timelines required by applicable law.

9. Security

We use administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect personal information against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, and destruction. These include role-based access controls, encryption in transit, vendor due diligence, and audit logging. No system can be guaranteed completely secure. If you believe an account or message has been compromised, contact us right away.

10. International transfers

Warpspeed is based in the United States and our service providers may process data in other countries. When we transfer personal information out of the EEA, the UK, or Switzerland we rely on lawful transfer mechanisms such as the Standard Contractual Clauses approved by the European Commission.

11. Children

The Warpspeed website is intended for business users. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 16. If you believe a child has submitted information to us, contact us and we will delete it.

12. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the effective date at the top of the page. Material changes will be communicated through a notice on the website or by email when we have an active relationship with you.
