We respond within one business day. Sales and partnership leads land with our account team in Lenexa. Engineering and support inquiries are routed to the right person on the same day.[1]
Section 01
The fastest way to start a conversation is the form on this page. Tell us a few things: what you ship, roughly how many orders per month, and what you would like to be different about your current fulfillment. We will respond within one business day with a real plan, not a stock deck.

Lenexa is a southwest suburb of Kansas City, about 25 minutes from Kansas City International Airport (MCI).[5] Most customer visits land at MCI, take a short drive to the warehouse, and are back at the airport in time for an evening flight. We are happy to host site tours.
Section 02
Most prospect inquiries are read first by an account manager, not a sales development rep. The reason is simple. We do not run a high-volume outbound machine, so the inbound we get is usually qualified and worth a real conversation. Your first call is with someone who knows the operation, can answer specific questions about how the warehouse runs, and has the authority to scope the work.
For existing customers, support tickets land with the account manager assigned to your brand. They are in the building with the operations team, so most issues do not need to be escalated to be solved. For urgent operations issues, your account manager has a direct line to the floor lead and the engineering on-call.
If you are reaching out for press, partnerships with agencies, or vendor introductions, those go to the partnerships email. We do not work with unsolicited recruiters or staffing agencies.
Section 03
Within one business day, you get a reply from a real person on our team. If your situation is a fit, we book a 30 minute discovery call. On that call we listen, ask about your SKU count, order profile, channels, and SLAs, and tell you honestly whether we are the right partner.
If we are, the next step is a written proposal with a line-item rate card and an integration plan. Most proposals go out within one week of the discovery call. There is no need to sign a long term contract before you can ask for numbers.
If we are not the right partner, we will say so and try to recommend someone who is. Most of our best long term customers have come back to us a year later after trying a cheaper option, so we have no incentive to push a bad fit.
